REFERRAL Policy.

Dr Humphries is only able to see you with a medical referral, which may be provided by your general practitioner, another medical specialist or a registered nurse practitioner.

Dr Geraghty and Dr Brucksch-Domanski can accept medical referrals and referrals from registered allied health professionals such as physiotherapists. You cannot self-refer.

We accept referrals via the e-referral system, fax, mail or in person. We do not accept referrals by email as we do not feel this is sufficiently secure for your information.

Our doctors review every referral we receive and prioritise the most urgent situations. Every referral is important to us. If you have to wait a while for an appointment we apologise but there are 500,000 Tasmanians and only 3 of us.
