REFERRAL Policy.
Dr Geraghty and Dr Brucksch-Domanski are only able to see you with a medical referral, which may be provided by your general practitioner, another medical specialist or a registered nurse practitioner. Dr Humphries has retired from clinical practice.
Dr Coates can accept medical referrals and referrals from registered allied health professionals such as physiotherapists. You cannot self-refer.
We accept referrals via the e-referral system (ask your referrer to check the address on the healthlink register), fax, mail or in person.
Our doctors review every referral we receive and prioritise the most urgent situations. Every referral is important to us. If you have to wait a while for an appointment we apologise but there are 500,000 Tasmanians and only 3 of us.
PRIVACY Policy.
We have a written privacy policy regarding your medical records in the office, if you would like a copy please ask one of our support staff.
