• From January 6 please call Storm Bay Medical on 03 6228 5933 (choose any option from the switch) to speak to staff there to help you book an appointment with us

• Please ask your GP or Allied Health practitioner for a printed referral and advise the booking secratary that you will bring it on the day of yor appointment
